Refund & Cancellation Policy:
At Red Bridge Educational Services, we are committed to providing high-quality educational guidance and support. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which clients may request cancellations or refunds for our services.
1. Service Fees
- All fees paid for counseling, application assistance, or advisory services are for professional guidance only and are non-refundable once services have been initiated.
- Fees paid directly to educational institutions (e.g., application fees, tuition deposits) are not handled by Red Bridge Educational Services and are subject to the policies of the respective institutions.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Before Service Begins: If a client cancels a booked service before the first consultation or work begins, a refund may be issued minus any administrative/processing fees.
- After Service Begins: Once counseling, application preparation, or document review has started, fees are non-refundable.
- No-Show or Missed Appointments: Fees for scheduled sessions are non-refundable if the client does not attend without prior notice.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate payment due to a technical error.
- Overpayment of service fees.
- Cancellation of services before initiation, as described above.
Refund requests must be made in writing to eduredbridge@hotmail.com within 7 business days of the payment date.
4. Exceptions
Refunds will not be provided in cases where:
- Admission applications are rejected by institutions.
- Scholarship or financial aid applications are unsuccessful.
- Student visa or immigration applications are denied (where applicable).
- The client decides to withdraw after services have been delivered.
5. Processing Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days using the original method of payment.
- Any transaction or bank fees are the responsibility of the client and will be deducted from the refund.
6. Policy Updates
Red Bridge Educational Services reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
